What we collect
Only what you type into the order or call request form: your name, email, YouTube channel, the services and plan you pick, your video link or idea, deadline, proposed call times and timezone, reference links, notes and up to three reference images. We use it for one thing: replying to your request and doing the work you ask for.
We don't use analytics cookies, ad trackers or any third-party tracking on this site.
Where it goes
- Discord: each request is posted to a private channel on our team's Discord server so we can reply quickly.
- Email: a copy may be sent to our agency inbox (hello@oneupcreate.com) through our email provider.
- Vercel: hosts this website and processes the form request on its servers.
We never sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep requests for up to 24 months so we can follow up on past projects, then delete them.
